EDM Group is a well-established consultancy supporting development across North East Victoria and Southern New South Wales. Our team brings together a broad range of expertise to provide coordinated, practical solutions for projects of all sizes.

Our Directors
Our team includes experienced professionals across surveying, engineering, planning and project management. We combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of local conditions to deliver results that work in practice.

Ralph Roberts
Ralph is a Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience across private and local government sectors. He brings extensive expertise in surveying, engineering design, and project management, having worked with local government authorities, water authorities, and private developers. Ralph previously owned and operated his own business before joining EDM Group, where he now serves as Engineering Manager, leading teams, mentoring staff, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes.

Brad Wallace
Bradley is a Civil Engineer with broad experience in land development and infrastructure projects. With a strong background in design and consulting, he delivers practical, efficient solutions supported by detailed technical knowledge and local industry expertise. Bradley is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), and holds registration on the National Engineering Register (NER), as well as APEC Engineer and IntPE (Aus) credentials, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and recognised standards of practice.

Justin Mocellin
Justin is a Civil Design Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the private sector, delivering both small and large-scale infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in the design and supervision of works including roads, stormwater drainage, sewerage, water supply, and earthworks. Justin holds an Advanced Diploma of Engineering Technology from Wodonga TAFE and is an Associate Member of Engineers Australia (AMIEAust). He currently serves as a Director at EDM Group, where he plays a key role in project delivery, leadership, and guiding strategic direction.

Chris Rochford
Chris is a highly experienced Senior Survey Technician with over 20 years in cadastral and engineering surveying. With strong ties to the Albury–Wodonga region, Chris offers valuable local insight backed by extensive industry experience, supporting the accurate and efficient delivery of surveying outcomes across a range of projects. Chris oversees the surveying team, providing leadership and mentorship, and is known for a practical, detail-focused approach and a strong commitment to quality and reliability.
